Radio Lad

from €150.00

I grew up when entertainment often meant making it yourself, and when fixing it yourself was a necessity. A Mid-century kid building it himself, with an exploded view diagram of a vintage 1970s radio, right before consumer electronics became disposable. This was the era when "STEM education" meant handing a 10-year-old a soldering iron and saying, "figure it out." Old radio kits taught real engineering principles like circuit theory, signal processing, the physics of electromagnetic waves, because you had to understand how it worked to make it work. No planned obsolescence. No sealed cases. If it broke, you fixed it, or you built the damn thing. For people who miss when technology was something you mastered, not something that mastered you.

Original Painting: 1,800€, 120cm x 120cm, Acrylic on canvas

Available Giclée Print Sizes (sizing chart): 50 x 50cm, 70 ×70cm, 80 × 80cm, 100 × 100cm, 120 × 120cm

Delivery: 5-10 days, depending on your location and shipping option.

Certification: All prints will come with a certificate of authenticity, signed and stamped by me.

High Quality Canvas
My Giclée canvas prints are crafted with high-quality, archival materials to ensure lasting durability and vibrant colors. Experience gallery-quality results on a semi-matte cotton canvas. The UV print technique ensures water and fade resistance, while the lightly textured surface adds depth and the look of the original canvas to the print.

The canvas is 344 gsm in weight and stretched onto wooden stretcher bars like the original. Once stretched, the final print will be around 20mm deep/thick on the side.

Framing
The floater frames are crafted from poplar hardwood, giving your canvas the appearance of floating within the frame. The frame is 1 cm (0.4”) wide from the front and 4 cm (1.6”) deep from the side. The frames come in black, white, and oak to suit any artwork. Optionally, you can receive your artwork without a frame if you would like to have it framed yourself. Note: Frames may vary slightly in color, finish, and spacing from example images.

Ready to hang
Each print comes ready to hang with pre-installed sawtooth hardware and rubber bumpers to protect your wall and keep your artwork perfectly aligned.

Free Mockup
If you would like to see this artwork on your wall before you buy, you can send a photo of your wall, and I will create a mockup.
For best results, follow these steps:

  • Remove any clutter from in front of the wall. It would be best if the wall were blank.

  • Stick a piece of paper (with the size written on the sheet, i.e, “A4” or “Letter”), a Dollar/Euro, or ruler, to the wall as a size reference.

  • Take a natural, well-lit image of your wall.

  • Email your photo and the size of the print you’re interested in to studio@evansmade.com

  • I’ll email your photoshopped image within 1-2 working days.

Shipping - FREE
Shipping for the original and for prints is FREE. For prints ordered for the U.S, I will have my printing partner in the U.S. print, pack, and ship your artwork, and I will send your certificate of authenticity separately.up
